Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any agreement with Gulfline Credit, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you sign it. Your written agreement includes a notice of cancellation form you can use.

You may also stop working with us at any point afterward. Send us written notice and we will stop preparing new disputes and communications on your behalf.

Message us on Instagram at @gulflinecredit, or send written notice using the contact details in your service agreement. Please include your full name so we can locate your file.

Fees are only for services already performed, as described in your written agreement. We do not request payment through this public website. If a cancellation results in a refundable amount under your agreement, it will be handled as that agreement provides.

After cancellation we retain records only as long as required for legal and recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion of information we are not required to keep.
